RATES - THE WOODCHUCK COTTAGE
- Lovebird special : offer a romantique night for 150$ per night. Offer valid from sunday night to thursday night, reservation maximun 15 days in advance depending availibility
- Low season : 40$/day/person minimum 240$/day during the week and minimum 400$/day during the week-end
- High season : 50$/day/person minimum 300$/day during the week and minimum 500$/day during the week-end (from 15 june to 15 october, 1 december to 15 march and public holidays)
- These are openning rates and are subject to change without warning.
- A housing tax of 3% will be added to the amount before GST and PST.
- All prices are in canadian dollars and do not include taxes (GST 6% and PST 7.5%).
- Deposit : 40% of the amount before taxes is requested at reservation time (reservation of the cottage is confirmed when the deposit is received).
- Balance : The balance of the payment is payable 1 month before you stay.
- Security deposit : A credit card number will be asked when you arrive and all damages or any unpaid amount will be charged.
- Cancellation :
- 30 days or more before your arrival date intitles you to a 60% refund of your initial deposit;
- Less than 30 days before your arrival date : no refund is intitled of your initial deposit;
- 7 days or less before your arrival date, the total amount of the rental is charged.
